Rodrigo is an Attorney and MBA in Business Administration, he brings more than 25 years of experience in senior executive positions within both public and private sector organizations, holding strategic roles such as Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel, and Board Secretary. His professional expertise centers on corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and competition law, contributing a strong legal and managerial perspective to institutional strengthening and organizational development. He served as CEO of Empresa Portuaria Arica, where he led port management and development processes, and as Director of the Corporación de Puertos del Conosur, participating in regional coordination and port governance initiatives. He is also a founding partner of Abogado Pinto & Cía. Ltda., consolidating his professional practice in the legal and business advisory field. In addition to his executive career, he has been a lecturer in Civil Law at the University of Tarapacá and served as President of the Arica Bar Association, demonstrating his commitment to legal education and professional leadership.

Senior executive with more than two decades of experience leading commercial and strategic operations in the global aquaculture and fisheries industry. She is recognized for building strategic partnerships, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and managing multicultural teams.
Social anthropologist and holds a Master’s degree in Environment from the University of Melbourne. She has more than ten years of experience in marine and coastal governance and planning, facilitating participatory processes aimed at the conservation and sustainable use of marine ecosystems. She currently serves as National Coordinator of the GEF Marine Coastal Governance Project in Chile, implemented by FAO together with the Ministry of Environment, the Undersecretariat for Fisheries and Aquaculture, and SERNAPESCA, where she leads initiatives to strengthen coastal governance, marine spatial planning, and the development of a sustainable blue economy.
