José Antonio is a Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a postgraduate degree in Energy Efficiency from University College London (UCL) and recipient of the 2011 Chevenning Scholarship. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the energy sector, with in-depth knowledge of the Chilean electricity market, its regulatory framework, supply contract structures, and pricing dynamics. Throughout his career, he has advised unregulated clients across industries such as mining, food production, retail, data centers, and manufacturing. His work has focused on energy supply strategies, Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiations, risk management, and the development of solutions in energy efficiency, electrification, photovoltaic generation, and energy storage. He currently serves as Deputy Sales and Customer Service Manager at Colbún S.A., where he leads strategic relationships with over 300 industrial clients. His role combines commercial leadership, technical expertise, and a strong sustainability focus, supporting clients in enhancing energy competitiveness amid the ongoing transition toward cleaner and more efficient energy systems.

Geneticist specialized in aquaculture breeding programs. He holds a Ph.D. in Genetics and Animal Breeding from São Paulo State University (UNESP), with a focus on applied genomics in selection programs. He has extensive experience leading and optimizing genomic selection strategies to enhance productivity, product quality, and sustainability in aquaculture.
Social anthropologist and holds a Master’s degree in Environment from the University of Melbourne. She has more than ten years of experience in marine and coastal governance and planning, facilitating participatory processes aimed at the conservation and sustainable use of marine ecosystems. She currently serves as National Coordinator of the GEF Marine Coastal Governance Project in Chile, implemented by FAO together with the Ministry of Environment, the Undersecretariat for Fisheries and Aquaculture, and SERNAPESCA, where she leads initiatives to strengthen coastal governance, marine spatial planning, and the development of a sustainable blue economy.
