His role involves contributing to the definition and execution of strategic priorities, as well as leading key projects aimed at strengthening the company’s long-term development. He is recognized for his analytical approach and his ability to support strategic decision-making in dynamic and competitive environments.

He holds a Ph.D. in Genetics and Animal Breeding from São Paulo State University (UNESP), with a focus on applied genomics in selection programs. He has extensive experience leading and optimizing genomic selection strategies to enhance productivity, product quality, and sustainability in aquaculture.
Attorney and MBA in Business Administration with over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles across public and private organizations. Specialized in corporate governance, compliance, and competition law, he has served as CEO, General Counsel, and Board Secretary, notably at Empresa Portuaria Arica and as Director of the Corporación de Puertos del Conosur. He also combines his executive career with academic and professional leadership roles.
