Early in his career in Chile, he served as a consultant on projects aimed at reducing antimicrobial use and implementing animal welfare policies. Since 2021, he has led the Health and Food Safety area at INTESAL (Salmon Technological Institute), where he has directed and supported high-impact innovation and research projects for producers and industry suppliers. In this role, he provides technical guidance to SalmonChile members, facilitating the translation of scientific knowledge into practical, field-oriented solutions. His expertise includes the design and articulation of research initiatives based on active data analysis, contributing to sustainability-driven technical programs, regulatory compliance advancement, and the strengthening of food safety standards throughout the Chilean salmon value chain.
