Since 2021, he has led the Health and Food Safety area at INTESAL (Salmon Technological Institute), where he has directed and supported high-impact innovation and research projects for producers and industry suppliers. In this role, he provides technical guidance to SalmonChile members, facilitating the translation of scientific knowledge into practical, field-oriented solutions. His expertise includes the design and articulation of research initiatives based on active data analysis, contributing to sustainability-driven technical programs, regulatory compliance advancement, and the strengthening of food safety standards throughout the Chilean salmon value chain.
