Don't miss the opportunity to participate in the largest aquaculture event in the Southern Hemisphere!
At the exhibition, ULTRAAQUA will present two systems designed for intensive aquaculture environments: the ULTRAQUBE™ GFRP ozone system and the Open Channel PP UV disinfection system.
ULTRAAQUA will participate in Aquasur 2026 (March 24–26, 2026, Puerto Montt, Chile), highlighting its deep integration of water treatment solutions for aquaculture based on ultraviolet (UV) radiation and ozone disinfection
The company will show how these technologies can be integrated into reliable process trains that support biosecurity, water quality stability, and efficient operations.
The ULTRAQUBE™ GFRP (6–18), which will be presented during the fair, is an ozone system designed for aquaculture and developed as a modular concept that can be expanded as capacity needs evolve. It incorporates an integrated inverter that produces 88 g O₃/h, with an optimized high-concentration ozone output in the range of 9-20 wt%. A non-corrosive GFRP cabinet (IP65) and energy efficiency of less than 8.5 kWh per kg of O₃ are designed to support stable, long-term operation in demanding production environments.
In addition, the Open Channel PP series will be on display, developed for safe, chemical-free disinfection in saline and highly corrosive applications. The polypropylene lamp bank design is geared toward intensive use in aquaculture, including RAS and flow-through treatment, and can be adapted to virtually any channel size.
The system facilitates maintenance through a dry upper compartment, without the need to remove the lamp bank from the water, while the ULTRAWIPER™ automated cleaning of the quartz sleeves and the guaranteed lamp life of 16,000 hours are designed to help maintain stable disinfection performance over time.
