Don't miss the opportunity to participate in the largest aquaculture event in the Southern Hemisphere!
This edition of the fair will feature an ambitious three-day technical agenda focused on digital transformation and industry resilience, integrating cutting-edge solutions, success stories, and new investment opportunities.
Aquasur 2026 will bring together 82 speakers on an ambitious knowledge platform that includes several components. Through the Technical Talks, featuring 41 speakers, and the Blue Stage, with another 41 presentations, the fair positions itself as the most important showcase for aquaculture innovation in the region.
One of the fundamental pillars of this event will be the Aquasur 2026 Technical Talks. In these sessions, leading companies and organizations will present solutions directly applied to the operational challenges of aquaculture.
Innovation Applied in the Technical Talks
Over three days, three simultaneous sessions will become the space where academia, suppliers, and producers will converge to analyze the future of salmon farming from a comprehensive perspective of sustainability, efficiency, and digitalization.
Day One: Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability
The opening day will focus on resource optimization and environmental stewardship. Highlights include presentations on solar photoperiod (Luxmeter) and energy-efficient contracts with storage (Energy Asset). Additionally, the importance of environmental evidence in decision-making for the sustainability of seabeds in fish farms will be addressed, with the participation of WSP. Talks dedicated to successful case studies in wastewater treatment in the aquaculture industry will also be featured.
Day Two: Animal Welfare and Artificial Intelligence
The second day shifts the focus to animal welfare and digital transformation. Experts from Aquabyte and Certified Humane (along with Cermaq) will discuss critical aspects of Atlantic salmon welfare. Technology will take center stage with talks on the use of AI in processing plants, AI-driven net cleaning, and the role of smart radars in market evolution. Furthermore, Sernapesca will analyze regulatory updates from the perspectives of Chile and Norway.
Day Three: Connectivity, Logistics, and Digital Trust
The closing of the technical program will emphasize data management and security. Entel Digital and Lythium will present practical tools for integrating AI and transforming farm data into strategic value. Logistics will play a key role with the analysis of the Froward Calbuco farm, while GTD will address the challenge of digital trust in the new regulatory landscape.
Blue Stage: The Engine of Investment
In parallel, the Aquasur Blue Stage will debut with 17 activities and the participation of 41 speakers. This space is designed to connect 34 key institutions with the innovation ecosystem, promoting entrepreneurship and attracting investment that accelerates the adoption of new technologies in global aquaculture.
