- Exhibitors meeting
As always, we invite all exhibitors to an informative meeting for all those involved with stands in the tradeshow. This meeting will be held in Santiago and in Puerto Montt, and will last for approximately 1 ½ hours:
Santiago: October 13, in the Hotel Plaza San Francisco, Salon Arrau, located in Alameda 816, at 09:30 AM.
Puerto Montt: October 14, in the Hotel Gran Pacifico, Salon Austral, located in Urmeneta 719, at 09:30 AM.
In these meetings we will go over the following aspects of important interest for the exhibitor:
- Official Program of AQUA SUR 2010
- Organization details for the tradeshow
- Floor layout for the days of set-up and take down
- Availability of crane or forklift y how to reserve use
- Transportation and access to new tradeshow location
- Role of the Hall Director, as an interface between exhibitor and AQUA SUR
We would appreciate your confirmation of attendance by contacting Cintya Font / (+56-2) 756 5400 / cfont@aqua.cl. If you believe it would be necessary to attend the meeting with an additional company person, please confirm that with Cintya as well.
2. Service request forms
We would like to remind all exhibitors that the deadline for turning in the service request forms was on September 16. For those who did not complete their forms on time, they may do so at the tradeshow at the CUSTOMER SERVICE (SERVICIO AL CLIENTE) desk, starting on October 15.
