Exhibitors will receive newsletters periodically with the latest news about
version V of AQUA SUR.
1. ¡Leave your car in Puerto Montt! In order to make
the arrival of visitors to the Fair easier and to avoid congestion, AQUA
SUR will have three transportation alternatives available for exhibitors
and visitors from March 26 to 29, 2008.
a. Marine shuttle. Two dedicated ships will make the
trip every half hour to and from the EMPORMONTT port to the Fair. At
the port we will have 300 parking lots available to leave the vehicles.
While waiting the ship you will be able to taste a pisco sour.
b. Parking at the seaside drive. Visitors and exhibitors
will be able to leave the vehicles in the underground parking lots located
in the seaside drive and take there a bus directly to the Fair. The
buses will leave every 20 minutes. Parking will be free of charge by
stamping the parking tickets at the Fair’s information desk
c. Bus services. Buses from the main hotels in Puerto
Montt and Puerto Varas will leave every 30 minutes to and from the Fair
premises.
i. PUERTO MONTT: From the Diego de Almagro Hotel
with stopovers at the Holiday Inn, Don Vicente and Club Presidente
hotels.
ii. PUERTO VARAS: Departures to the fair from the
Hotel Cabañas del Lago with stopovers at the Colonos and Los
Alerces hotels
• Information on AQUA SUR, schedules and plans of the routes
will be available at these hotels.
2. Service Forms. We remind you that through the Service
Forms available at www.aqua-sur.cl,
you can request furniture rental, specify the name on the signboard, request
extra in-vitations, hire hostesses, as well as hire internet services,
audiovisual equipment, request credentials, etc. For this purpose please
enter your user name and password in the web page. For additional information,

It is important to emphasize that Form N° 10 is due today, Friday
February 22nd. Therefore if you are interested in hiring water and/or
compressed air, please fill in Form N° 10. The other forms are due
on March 3rd..
* All payments must be made before the fair starts (Wednesday, March
26th). Otherwise the requested services will not be available.
3. Exhibitors lectures. Each exhibitor has the right
to one lecture on its products, novelties, new technologies etc. that
is willing to promote with its customer. The price for lecture rooms is
Ch$ 110.000 + VAT. For details and availability of lecture rooms please

Reservations can be made with Service Form N° 4, entering your password
at www.aqua-sur.cl.
4. Code bar readers. The organization will provide the
exhibitors with code bar readers. These can be requested via Form N°
8, Furniture and Accessories (various) Rental. The price is Ch$ 72,000
+ VAT for all the four days of the Fair. A guarantee check worth Ch$ 220,000
wil be requested.
