Exhibitors will receive newsletters periodically with the latest news about
version V of AQUA SUR.
Dear Sir, Madam,
You appear in our records as the person responsible for the stand that
your company has rented for AQUA SUR 2008. Should this not be the case,
please forward this important information to the right person.
May we remind you that as an AQUA SUR 2008 exhibitor you have access
to some services free of charge and to others subject to payment. To request
these please fill out the “Services forms” forms considering
their deadlines. To do this please:
1. Go to AQUA SUR 2008 internet site: www.aqua-sur.cl
2. Click on “Exhibitors” on the upper menu bar.
3. Click on “Services forms” on the left side menu.
4. Enter your user name (xxxx) and your password (xxxxxx)
Below are two important examples of services free of charge which we
recommend you send before you leave on holidays:
To be on the Visitors Guide that will be received by
each of the 15,000 visitors at this IVth Version of the Fair. There you
can include a list of your representations and/or a list of the most important
products you will be exhibiting.
Given that the deadline for submitting Form N° 5 is February
8th, it is important that you fill it out as soon as possible.
Provide information on your business each time someone clicks on the
stand of your company on the plan at www.aqua-sur.cl, the official site
of the Fair. Once you send us this information, people will be able to
learn, for example, of the products you sell or represent, invitations
to shows, special offers, among others.
