Exhibitors will receive newsletters periodically with the latest news about
version V of AQUA SUR.
1. Forklift truck service
To support those exhibitors who do not have forklifts in their companies
to place their machinery and elements for the exhibition, the organization
will have three forklifts available (3 tons maximum) in the following order
as per their location:
March 21st in Pavilions D – E – F,
March 22nd and 23rd in Pavilions A – B – C.
The service comprises solely movement, so the recommendation is to have
the exact location established at the moment of unloading.

Wednesday, March 5th. Shortly
after receipt, we will inform the time allotted for your company.
It is important to consider that the organization does not take responsibility
for the supervision of the works, nor for the damages or problems that
may arise from them.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE EXHIBITOR COMPANY HAS AN INSURENCE IN FORCE COVERING
THE TRANSPORTATION, STAY IN THE FAIR, LOAD AND UNLOAD OF THE RESPECTIVE
GOODS OR ELEMENTS.

NOTE: Those exhibitors who request this service externally will
consider plywood and pressed wood (Cholguan) panels for movements in the
pavilions, coordinating entering only on March 21st if the stand is located
in Pavilios D – E – F and only until March 23rd 2008 if the
stand is located in Pavilions A – B – C.
2. Additional Energy
The energy availability per stand is 40 Watts per sq.m. indoors, and
20 Watts per sq.m. outdoors. With this chart you can assess whether additional
energy will be needed. Should this be the case please fill in and submit
Form N° 9.

3. Forms for services
Please remember that fast and easy electronic request forms for your stand
are available at www.aque-sur.cl.
These forms have expiration date, therefore we will appreciate you fill
them out and, as far as possible, before you leave on holidays. We are
interested in fulfilling everyone’s requirements.
