Exhibitors will receive newsletters periodically with the latest news about
version V of AQUA SUR.
1. Exhibitor’s Manual. The Exhibitor’s
Manual, a document that contains all the information necessary for planning
your participation in the AQUA SUR 2008 fair, is already available at www.aqua-sur.cl.
In it you will find the installation and disassembly dates, description
of the stands and furniture including design and construction standards,
customs instructions, etc.
2. Fair Services. The electronic forms for requesting
services for your stand are already available at www.aqua-sur.cl.

available to the browser who clicks on your stand

In this ”Service Forms” section, in addition to the forms
themselves you will be able to see at a glance all particulars regarding
your stand (size and type of stand, commercial information, no-cost electric
capacity, name recorded for the valance, filled-in forms and mandatory
forms to be filled in, etc.).
For the purpose of facilitating your access to this section, on the
main page of the fair website (www.aqua-sur.cl ) you will find an “Exhibitor
Access” banner, where you should enter your Exhibitor Identification:
the username and password are indicated in the lease contract that was
forwarded to you when your stand was booked. If you do not have this information,

3. Advertising at AQUA SUR 2008. On Service Form N°16”
you will find all details regarding advertising in the visitor’s
guide as well as for display in the accreditation hall at the fairgrounds.
Thus your company can enjoy additional presence at AQUA SUR 2008.
4. AQUA SUR, International Fair. The Ministry of Finance,
by means of Decree N°840 dated 7 September 2007, has classified AQUA
SUR 2008 as an International Fair, thereby facilitating the importation
of machinery and equipment under the temporary admission regime, for a
maximum period of 6 months, free of payment of duties and taxes. Details
of the procedure can be found in the Exhibitor’s Manual. If you
wish to make use of this franchise, please contact Viviana Ríos
(vrios@aqua.cl) to request the certificate attesting that you are an exhibitor.
